1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the mmcw website, mobile platform, and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on mmcw, you unconditionally accept these terms in their entirety. 3. Account Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on mmcw. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts belonging to the same individual, along with forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your details promptly if they change. mmcw may request supporting documents as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. You must cooperate fully with any such verification request:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) may be required.
• Proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement) may be required to validate your registered location.
• Payment method verification may be required before withdrawals can be processed, including screenshots of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transaction records.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

mmcw accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select other local banking channels. All transactions are processed in BDT at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of identity and payment verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), subject to verification status.
• The withdrawal account must match the deposit account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Any active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• mmcw reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms is suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mmcw may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer. General bonus rules are as follows:

Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specific wagering requirements have been completed. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which any unmet bonus funds will expire automatically:

• Welcome bonus wagering requirements are typically 20x–30x the bonus amount and must be completed within 14 days of activation.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting technical errors, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or using VPN services to circumvent eligibility restrictions, will result in immediate account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from mmcw without prior written permission. Unauthorized use constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mmcw, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the platform, including losses from gambling outcomes, technical failures, or service interruptions.

mmcw does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party failures, and force majeure events may impact platform availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime wherever possible.

Where required by law, mmcw may also notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. However, the absence of such notification does not invalidate changes to the Terms & Conditions — the updated version published on this page is always the authoritative version.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the principles of fair play and responsible commerce as they apply to the digital gaming and sports betting industry. In the event of any dispute between you and mmcw, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, mmcw's internal dispute resolution process will apply, with decisions communicated to the user within 10 business days.
